This is for all the macaroon lovers out there – you have to check out Macaron Parlour‘s pop-up shop at Henri Bendel this week! I was fortunate enough to stop by yesterday and get my hands on some of these airy, bright, crispy confections. From now until April 25th, stop by Henri Bendel to pick out your favorite flavor from a host options such as red velvet, strawberry, coffee, pistachio and an exclusive for Henri Bendel – a champagne infused macaroon. How delicious!!
Macaroon Parlour was founded in 2010 and aims to take traditional macaroon flavors to the next level by offering cool variations like savory and frozen fillings, and creating truly delectable and unique combos like the ones below.
They are also offering a special “craving of the day” that will be available exclusively at the pop-up shop for one day only. Yesterday’s was a candied bacon with maple cream cheese macaroon. A unique combination of salty and sweet that will leaving you wanting more!
Today’s craving of the day is a Nutella macaroon – a dreamy combination of rich chocolate and hazelnut (my personal favorite!)
