
Soft Anise Biscotti

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 1/2 teaspoons Anise extract
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
1-2 drops yellow food coloring
Directions
Combine ingredients in mixer.
Lightly grease cookie sheet pan. Pour batter onto pan.
Bake 375° for 15 minutes.
Cool and then cut into strips.
Top with sprinkled confectioners sugar.

Thank You for a great recipe. I loved it! I used Ouzo instead of anise extract, so I had to use about 5tbspns for the taste to over power the egg flavor and remain throughout the baking.
